30-day refund

If Freelance Project Guardrails is not the right fit for how you run your client projects, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to justify your request.

How to request a refund

Email support@projectguardrails.com and include:

• the email address you used at checkout,
• your order or receipt number, and
• a brief reason for the refund (this helps us improve the product).

Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment provider (Gumroad).

• This is a digital product delivered as downloadable files; the refund above is offered voluntarily to make your purchase low-risk.
• Your statutory consumer rights, which vary by country, still apply and are not limited by this policy.
